A feast of contemporary dance meets all the trends, the dynamics and the new forms
of the international contemporary scene. The increased level of participation by EU
member states is a clear indication that the Dance Festival is becoming an annual
highlight of the European arts and culture scene.
Organisers: The Ministry of Education and Culture and the Rialto Theatre.
In cooperation with the Embassies and Cultural Centres of the participate countries.

Each year the first day of May is celebrated as May Day or Labour Day. Although no longer really used as a day for workers to campaign about issues that affect them, the day is a public holiday throughout Cyprus. Many people take the opportunity to spend the day with friends or family. Many towns also host some kind of special May Day festivity.

Josh Gabriel a globe-trotting DJ/Producer/Songwriter/Remixer has a deep catalog of music that has reached the ears of clubbers worldwide. His latest endeavor, the techno smash "Summit," is a dance-floor favorite that landed in the record box of a some of the worlds top Djs, including: John Digweed, Carl Cox,Sander Kleinenberg and Danny Howells. Critics have also taken notice of Josh's cutting edge music and inovative production techniques.

Josh has racked up a total of 17 Billboard 1's for his song-writing and remix work as half of the award winning Gabriel & Dresden.

Josh Gabriel's debut album as a solo artist is called "Eight" and was released on October 8, 2008 through "Different Pieces". Josh is currently finishing up Andain's new album and is also working with vocalist/song writer Meredith Call on a project called "Winter Kills" with the first single "Deep Down" due out in early 2009. Both albums are set for release in 2009.

This event is part of the two day "Easter Festival" of Club Versus along with the event with James Zabiela. You can buy a combined ticked for both events for 40 Euro from Club Versus or Café Caprice.
